Meet our Service Department… Eric Stroh, Service Department Manager  I have been here at Parkland Chevrolet for 10 years, and our service department has been open since 1992!  We service and maintain all makes and models. We currently service and maintain about 6,000 vehicles on a regular basis. I have worked for Chevrolet for 15 years doing everything from shuttle driver to service manager and every position in between. I graduated from the GM ASAP program in 1994 and the NADA dealer academy in 2005. I have recieved over 200 factory training program certificates. Our service advisors have a combined total of 110 years experience and our technicians have 198 combined years experience in this business. Maintenance Service Program - 21 point inspection with every service

Fuel Induction Service – Using specialized equipment, our technicians will quickly and effectively clean fuel injectors, intake manifold, ports, intake valves and combustion chamber.  This service will restore lost power and performance and will reduce harmful exhaust emissions.

EGR Service – All of the above pluse clean EGR passage ways and lateral lines.  (Seee advisor for details).

Power Steering Flush – Our technicians use a powerful cleaner to dissolve gum and varnish in your car’s power steering unit.  Next we will flush old, worn-out, contaminated fluid and install fresh new fluid fortified with special antioxidant and anti-wear ingredients to prevent expensive mechanical failure.

Transmission Flush Service – Using the latest in state-of-the-art technology, we will install a safe and effective cleaner to suspend harmful varnish and sludge from the transmission valve.  Then we will flush out all of the old fluid and install new high-tech fluid with conditioners.

Engine Flush Service – Install and circulate a powerful cleaner to remove damaging sludge and deposits from lubrication system.  Install a high quality oil and a conditioner to prevent oxidation and reduce friction and wear.  Perform lube, oil, filter service.

Battery Service – This service will safely and quickly remove accumulated corrosion deposits from battery terminals and cables.  We will also install anticorrosion pads to prevent future deposit formation.

Brake Flush Service – This service will safely and effectively remove accumulated deposits from internal brake components.  We will also install new brake fluid in the system to prevent future corrosion and component failure.

Minor Air Conditioning Service – Visually inspect all fittings and hoses.  Disinfect and deoderize A/C system.  Install Frigi-Quiet oil to quiet compressor and reduce wear.  (Refrigerant extra.)

Major Air Conditioning Service – Inject BG Frigi-Clean directly into the evaporator case to quickly and effectively remove foul-odors, bacteria, mold, spores, fungi, road grime, nicotine residue and debris from your car’s ventilation system.

Cooling System Service – Flush cooling system, pressure test, check hoses, cap and check connection.  Install BG Cooling System Corrosion Control Kit.

Driveline Maintenance - The component that links your vehicle’s engine to the wheels is called the driveline.  The driveline transfers energy from the engine to “where the rubber meets the road.” Utilizing state of the art equipment, our technicians will remove all of the old oxidized fluid and replace it with up to three quarters of BG Ultra Guard Synthetic Gear Lube.
