What is a Service Appointment?
When you make a service appointment with Titus-Will, you are scheduling a time to drop your vehicle off. A service consultant will greet you, hear and understand your needs, review your vehicle's history, discuss approximate completion times, provide an estimate, etc.
Why is an appointment important?
A service appointment at Titus-Will is similar to a doctor appointment. We like to schedule appointments because we want to give you the best service possible. If we can set a time aside specifically for you, then you are assured adequate time for quality work. Otherwise, we would have to put you behind those that have a scheduled appointment, and that could take longer, depending on the nature of your repair. That said, we will do our best to accommodate you if you don't have an appointment.
Why should I bring my vehicle to Titus-Will for service as opposed to Jiffy Lube?
Our technicians are factory trained and certified professionals who use state of the art equipment to work on your vehicle. Factory training is ongoing, so each technician is kept current on product changes and enhancements. Due to the complexity of newer vehicles, we have specialists for different types of problems and use genuine factory parts backed by a nationwide warranty.
Furthermore, when you bring your GM or Hyundai to Titus-Will, we will run your VIN against a national database of recalls and bulletins and, in most cases, make any necessary repair instantly and at no charge to you.
Jiffy Lube and other franchised oil change businesses generally employ unskilled personnel with minimal training. For the $5 you might save by having your vehicle serviced by inexperienced people, you are increasing the risk of your vehicle being damaged by someone who likely doesn't know the ins and outs of your vehicle like we do. We'll make up for the $5 by giving your vehicle the proper attention it deserves. Furthermore, we won't try and sell you something that your vehicle doesn't need.
With our new Titus-Will Speedy Lube, we will perform an oil change service on your vehicle in 30 minutes or less while you wait in our brand new customer lounge, complete with gourmet coffee, satellite TV, and free wi-fi. Our new lounge is so cozy, you'll think you were in a coffee shop!
